The industry includes key players like SpectronRx, which has expanded significantly since its establishment in 2019. SpectronRx is partnering with Purdue University to create a training facility for a graduate program in radiopharmaceutical manufacturing. Furthermore, other major pharmaceutical firms, including Bristol Myers Squibb, have recently opened facilities in Indiana to advance cancer therapy production. BioCrossroads highlighted that the life sciences sector in Indiana has generated $99 billion in economic activity this year.
